Transcripts and Enrollment Verification
TRANSCRIPTS— Students may request official copies of their transcripts through the online ordering system; by mailing a written request to the office of records, registration, and veterans' affairs [RRVA]; or visiting the office in person (photo identification required for in-person requests). Official transcript requests made through the online ordering system include a processing fee per transcript by HCC's contracted vendor for this service, which provides students with the convenience of ordering and sending transcripts from off campus, outside of normal business hours, as well as the ability to send secure electronic transcripts in lieu of paper. Single transcripts issued to the student can be printed upon request. Students may find more information about the transcript request process at howardcc.edu/rrva.
Students may view and print unofficial copies of their transcripts in myHCC. Students with certain holds on their accounts or pending student conduct processes will be unable to obtain an official transcript until the conduct processes are completed. Students may see their holds in myHCC.
