HMDV 151 Rouse Scholars Seminar II
This one-credit course is the second of a two-semester seminar sequence that provides academic foundation for students in the Rouse Scholars program. Building upon topics explored in HMDV 150, students will conduct in-depth exploration of complex problems through specific disciplinary lenses. Students will also develop skills for the public presentation of academic work. Students will engage in more intensive service and community engagement projects and reflect upon their academic, career, and personal relevance. This seminar also expands upon career development and academic success topics covered in HMDV 150 and culminates in the development of a capstone topic in preparation for the second year of the Rouse Scholars program.
