MUSC 224 Music Therapy Practicum I
The two-semester course sequence of MUSC-224 and MUSC-225 Music Therapy Practicum II provides exposure to the clinical practice of music therapy through on-site visits with board certified music therapists working in various settings both on and off campus. To obtain vital 'hands on' experience, students will participate in weekly clinical experiences. Written assignments and classroom discussions will allow the students to gain clarity and insight into the practical experience of being a music therapist. Students will append their Music Therapy Professional Portfolios with practical techniques gained during clinical visits.
