Course Objectives

  1. 1. Perform advanced repertoire for the respective instrument or voice as outlined in the Music Student
    Handbook found at:

  2. 2. Perform a mandatory jury examination for the instructor and a panel of music instructors in which the
    following is demonstrated at the appropriate college level:
    a. excellent tone
    b. phrasing
    c. rhythm
    d. stylistic understanding
    e. intonation
    f. musical sensitivity
  3. 3. Demonstrate an advanced level of technical proficiency in the performance of scales, etudes or other
    exercises as outlined in the Music Student Handbook.
