In Person Hybrid
Course Activity
In-Person Hybrid Courses take place both in Online and Face-to-Face environments. Half (50%) of the course is Online and 50% of the course is Face-to-Face.
Schedule
In-Person Hybrid courses are provided in both formats:
- On-Campus Portion | Students interact with the instructor and classmates (or other students) face-to-face at the designated times listed in the class schedule.
- Online Portion | Faculty provide course content and facilitate activities and discussions in Canvas.
Students
Students interact with the instructor, their classmates (or other students), and the course content both online and in the physical classroom.
Faculty
Faculty provide live lectures during scheduled class periods and also facilitate online and real time activities and discussions.
How does it look in student planning?
When you see a section in student planning, you will see the following items:
- The Time field shows the times the face-to-face sessions meet.
- The Locations field shows the on-campus location and the words Hybrid 50 (Online)/50 (F2F).
- The Instructors field shows the instructor's name and Hybrid 50 (Online)/50 (F2F).
