ENTR 131 Social Media for a Startup

This course provides students with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to identify and understand the different social media platforms, evaluate the platforms that will be best for creating awareness and boosting the new venture’s brand, and create a social media campaign and monitor its effectiveness. Topics include the major types of social media applications, the 4E framework for social media, how firms engage their customers using social media, how to do a social media marketing campaign, and using analytics to measure success. This course is one of a series of courses that provides students with the coaching and guidance for planning and launching a new business venture.
