Using this vector-based graphic image production and editing software program, students will gain a working knowledge of image design, creation and transformation, color selection, special effects, prepress preparation, print options, and more. With an emphasis on the commercial application of technical skill and craft, students will learn to design and composite images for effective visual communication and artistic self-expression. In addition to exploring the possibilities and limitations of digital media, students will also explore the legal and ethical issues that digital image creation presents.
