Welcome and Information Desk

The Welcome and Information Desk operates Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in the Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall (RCF) on the first floor. Staff can provide students with general information regarding college programs, courses, resources and services. They also assist with tours of the campus through the HCC Ambassador Program, provide information regarding office hours, locations, and directions to and from the campus. An IT kiosk is also available to assist with password resets as needed. If further assistance is needed, students may visit the IT Helpdesk in Duncan Hall (DH 110).
