PTAP 270 Clinical Education II
This course consists of a clinical rotation at one clinical site. Students will apply skills and knowledge from all previous coursework and clinical experiences to patient care.

Course Objectives
- Demonstrate appropriate and effective verbal, nonverbal, and written communication relevant to the clinical setting.
- Demonstrate time-management and resource utilization with an increasing caseload of patients under the supervision of the clinical instructor.
- Provide physical therapy interventions to a variety of patients in a safe and effective manner.
- Develop and present an in-service to the clinical staff.
- Recognize when a change in the plan of care may be indicated and communicate the reasons accurately to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Complete an effective self-assessment of technical and interpersonal skills.
