Registration Deadline for Financial Aid Recipients

Financial Aid Services will evaluate a students enrollment each semester to determine the students eligibility for grants and scholarships. In most cases, students are only eligible to receive aid for classes in which they are registered for as of the financial aid census date each semester.

Only courses which are requirement to complete the student's program of study are considered when determining Title IV (federal aid) eligibility. Title IV eligible courses are also used to determine eligibility for some state and institutional aid programs. Students may not receive aid for late start classes such as mini-session classes unless they registered for these courses by the financial aid semester census date.
