DMSU 200 General Registry Review
This course provides a review of the general concentration didactic and clinical knowledge obtained in the program. Case studies will be reviewed to test the student’s diagnostic skill in identifying a wide range of abnormalities. Students will be exposed to test taking skills with multiple mock registry exams to prepare for the Abdomen and OB/GYN boards through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).

Course Objectives
- Employ various test taking skills in preparation for obstetrics and gynecology, small parts, pediatrics, and abdomen registry exams.
- Research various case studies to identify a wide range of abnormalities pertaining to obstetrics and gynecology, small parts, pediatrics, and abdomen concentrations.
- Apply knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology, small parts, pediatrics, and abdomen concentrations in various group activities.
- Identify inter-professional teamwork in the medical field with simulations and guest lectures.
