DHYG 150 Dental Hygiene Theory and Clinic II

This course emphasizes advanced instrumentation technique and supportive dental hygiene therapy. Students will enhance and refine instrumentation techniques to a competent level. This course will provide instruction on the removal of hard and soft deposits, patient assessment, treatment planning, and dental hygiene diagnosis. Students will perform dental hygiene services  under the direct supervision of a supervising dentist.
