CRES-201 Conflict and Process

This course provides students with knowledge about different conflict resolution processes-e.g., mediation, negotiation, arbitration, and facilitation. Role plays will be used to demonstrate the use of these processes and to provide students with an opportunity to practice conflict resolution skills.
