CARD-124 X-Ray Theory for Cardiovascular Technology
This course is designed for students enrolled in the Cardiovascular Technology program. It will provide an in-depth study of x-ray theory to include x-ray imaging, basic sciences, electromagnetic radiation, radiobiological effects, and dose limits for radiation workers. Prerequisite: Admission to the Cardiovascular Technology program, permission of CVT program director, PHYS-101 or equivalent, and appropriate score on mathematics placement exam or eligible to enroll in MATH-070.
