This course addresses a growing interest on the part of those in business management to develop a more effective workplace, where new communication methods, a global perspective, and evolving leadership skills will be needed. Focus will be on development and implementation of knowledge, skills, and thought processes that contribute to effective and efficient management in future-oriented businesses.
